Has anyone conceived during a sickness bug or equivalent? 🤞🏻

After a miscarriage last month we’re trying again and the day I’ve gotten my positive opk I’ve gone down with horrid gastroenteritis 🤢 Looking for reassurance, has anyone conceived during an illness?! 🤞🏻  Thank you

I didn’t conceive while sick, but I was also sick for O time my first cycle after miscarriage so I totally empathize! From what I read you shouldn’t be any less likely to conceive as long as you feel up to it!

I conceived during a UTI! Haven’t had one since I was 7, and haven’t had one since. So weird!

Yes! I did I went to the doctor due to my son giving me some virus. And it happened to be in the time I was in my two week wait. I was worried we would be out for last month. Anyway went to the doctor she confirmed that I had a virus my husband suggested that I was pregnant the doctor said she didn’t think so they next morning I woke up I wasn’t getting sick so I thought what the heck if my husband is right andI am pregnant so I took a test and bam it was a positive. It can happen! Now we are due in October with our rainbow baby
