My baby is 9 weeks today and he hates tummy time! He makes no effort at all from the second I lay him down. I try getting 30 min in a day (5 or 10 min sessions) but he seems like he’s made zero progress.

He doesn’t care about toys, my face laying down next to him, mirrors, laying him in my chest. Nothing.

I suspect torticullis as I went through that with my daughter and we are arranging him to be seen for a diagnosis. My daughter hated tummy time too because of it, but while she cried at least she attempted to move her head. He literally just lays face to mat and sobs hysterically.

I just don’t know what to do to because I could give him an hour of tummy time a day but if he’s not doing anything during it’s not going to do anything to make him stronger.
