Miscarriages

I’ve had 2 missed miscarriages now and they feel like nothing! Your body doesn’t get the memo that the baby has died weeks before and it is usually only discovered on a scan. I lost 1 baby at 8-10 weeks and once recently before Christmas at 12 weeks. 12 weeks was my first scan and it was a complete shock. I had a big bump and still had pregnancy symptoms. Most miscarriages 12 weeks and under are caused by problems with the baby not developing properly, so there isn’t much you can do to prevent that. I’m pregnant for the 4th time now (I have 2 living children) and super nervous, but I know there is nothing I can do other than exercise, eat healthily and try not to get too stressed. The rest is out of my hands. Some miscarriages get cramps and bleeding beforehand but missed miscarriage literally have no signs. Best of luck with your pregnancy and try to enjoy itx

Okay I don’t think everyone is like me where I knew something was wrong almost each time! I was pregnant 3x before this one! My first pregnancy knew something was wrong because even though I had pink spotting it was for daysss and I had a bad feeling! Was 9 weeks and the day it happened I had a lot of cramping intolerable actually and lots of blood! So I just knew. The second pregnancy I knew something was wrong at 12 weeks (I was induced at 26 had a stillborn) ( I had a placenta abruption) I just was loosing way too much weight I lost 25 lbs from extreme morning sickness I would throw up 1-3x everyday! And the third was a chemical pregnancy! I didn’t know I was pregnant was admitted in the hospital for something totally different.. I have lupus and was there because my white blood cell count dropped too fast and I was becoming too ill so I was admitted for steroid infusions and of course even though I told them hey I’m not pregnant I was just on my period they told me you’re deff pregnant your levels score you at 3ish weeks. I kid you not instantly I went to tell the nurse hey I’m having a chemical I’m passing clumps (I was still in the hospital) and so I was right. I think it’s unfortunate when you’ve been through so much you kind of have a better guesstimate..Hope this one sticks because I feel sleepy and sore boobs only so far but I’m only 5 weeks and I only had pink blood for one day! Sorry for the rant!
