So i had to be on steroids for my lungs for a week

And now my period is over five days late and I have took a pregnancy test and it was negative how long will the steroids affect my cycle and how will I know when I ovulate again my last period was on Jan 20 2019 I was also on oxygen for about a week as well due to having a extreme asthma attack any help will help at this point
