Hi ladies. So I’m currently on Day 2 of my fifth round of Clomid.

I told my doctor that I wasn’t sure that it was working because it didn’t lengthen my cycles, my OPKs still were all over the place and I haven’t gotten pregnant yet.

She told me to do a progesterone test to see if my levels were high or not. This was last round (round 4). When the results came back, it showed that I did ovulate last month and the OPKs seemed to reflect that. My question is.... did the Clomid just coincidentally work when I needed the blood test done? Or does it take it a few rounds for it to start working? I’ve been moody as hell these past few months and been having gas pain, breast tenderness, etc. So I’m confused. I’ve had side effects the entire time, but I haven’t been ovulating the entire time. Anybody have any thoughts?
