How long did it take?

Hi ladies! How long did it take you to conceive after coming off your birth control? I know normal takes 6-8 months. Just curious as to what your experience was.

I thought it would take like 6 months but it was only 2 for us. And our second it happened right away with no period, but that was coming off the mini pill. Both of those times I was actually hoping it would take a few months so I would have a summer baby. (They are March & feb babies.) But 4 years later I’m finally ready for another and it’s taking longer, this is month 3. My hormones were a mess after stopping bc this time too. My sister also got pregnant her first month off the pill, but it’s so different for everyone.

I was on it a decade and conceived second cycle off but ended in mc. Now on third cycle after d&c.

Depends on how long you were on it before going off. The longer your on it, sometimes can mean t will take longer. But it may not either.

With my son. It took 1.5 months off the pill. This time I had an IUD and going on month 5.
