Umm what is this???

This just appeared on my boob, it isn’t a pimple or anything because it doesn’t pop.

And after: it got irritated. And nothing came out

I would go to the doctor for that. Looks infected, maybe a bite?

It looks like the start of staph go to the er.

Could be a blocked follicle. My hubby gets something similar to those every once in a while, and some antibiotic ointment over a week or so clears it up. But go to a walk-in or doc/dermatologist to be safe.

Maybe try antibiotic ointment for a couple days to see if it helps. If it gets worse see a doctor.
