What size is your yoga ball??

I got the big one... 75 inches. For my height I was supposed to get a 65 inch one but glad I got bigger. We dont have it inflated all the way so I am still able to use it effectively, I think (getting into the squat position). And then after pregnancy it will continue to be useful for other exercises.

I'm 5'3 and I got a 55 ball, but it was a too small for me. I got a 65 ball and it's perfect. I've used it almost everyday since 25 weeks. It's the most comfortable thing in the world 💕
