Acne tips??

The only thing that’s ever worked is antibiotics but since being pregnant and breastfeeding I haven’t taken them in about 11 months and it’s back and worse!!

Cut all dairy from your diet! Worked for me

Azelaic acid, niacinamide, zink - these are the ingredients you should look out for in the products. Benzoyl peroxide may also help, but it can be drying, so be careful.

Also checkout “mixeasy” you can make your own cleanser, moisturizer  m, etc. all natural

African Black soap, Witch hazel or Rose toner, cetaphil moisturizer, spin brush is super helpful there are cheap ones at Walmart or amazon.

You'll have to check to make sure but I think you can use topical antibiotics while breastfeeding,  like clindamycin and erythromycin

Try a witch hazel toner and a nice moisturizer , I use one with aloe in it. I break out a lot during my pd and this really helps with controlling oil , also makes my skin look nice .
