So this may be a silly question, but how early in pregnancy do you get the printed out sonogram pictures?

I have an idea for the way I want to tell my husband we are expecting (not yet, just planning for the future), and I thought about including a sonogram picture with it.

Also, would a gynecologist (not ob/gyn) do that, or do I have to go to an OB? My gyn said they could confirm the pregnancy, but not sure if that’s how it’s done.

Edited to add: I will be using a midwife rather than an OB for prenatal care/delivery. I have a list of places from her to get sonograms, just wondering how early I can actually get one.
