Rash on both arms?

I just noticed this rash on my daughter's arms.. She goes to the doctor tomorrow because shes showing signs of an ear infection but wtf is this?!

Went to the doctors and its eczema!

Is it measles? Any fever? Cough? Is the rash only on arms?

I’m not a doctor but that looks like contact dermatitis or some form of eczema (which I get myself). Definitely follow up with doc they would know better than anyone on here
