Sti, infection or pimples?

Opinions guys, I have these like pimples like looking bumps spread out around my vagina lips. Yes I do shave on a regular basis. They have like a white head look to them and they do itch. Right now there is like 8-10 of them. Someone help I’m freaking out???

Either razor burn or herpes. If it continues to spread or anything, get checked out.

It just depends I’ve been getting razor rash my entire time I’ve been shaving since a going ten around 13 before I was sexually actively. With that being said my razor burn always itches gets really red and bumpy and I get tiny  ingrowns with white heads (this is why I don’t shave anymore)

It could be white heads or ingrowns but since they itch I'm going to lean more toward one of the other 2 options 🙊
