I had this same situation happen to me. I had Kyleena inserted in October, missed my period for November and then had my period in December and it wasn’t bad at all like people were telling me my first period was going to be. I’ve had a very light period every single month now. I think it went through so much trauma and I was stressed about it that it was like “nope, you’re not having a period this month.” It may or may not come back. If you’re too worried, you can always take a test, but you should be fine 😊

IUDs are known to completely stop or lessen flow of periods. Your probably fine and your body is finally done adjusting to the IUD. 
IF you are still worried - go get a pregnancy test! I find that just taking them to confirm I’m not pregnant is very comforting because I can either 1. Rule out pregnancy or 2. Calm the F down about my anxiety.
