Finally My baby girl is here! ALL NATURAL
•WARNING RAW IMAGES OF BIRTH•
My due date was originally february 22nd but she wanted to make her entrance early!
On February 19th late the night i started having really severe contractions that were 3 minutes apart and lasting 1 minute. so i called my doctor and told him what was happening and he said to just stay at home that first moms usually come in the contractions like this and are sent home because its not enough to be admitted. So i stayed home and had THE WORST contractions all night. probably only got 2 hours of sleep 😂 It was the next morning and i was still having hard contractions but this time it was all over the place but still lasting one minute. then i was having the urge to poop a lot lol i called my doctor again and this time they wanted me to come to the hospital.
when i got in there the pain was about a 6-7 on a scale from 1-10. i labored for like an hour before the nurses came in to check me if i dialated any. when they checked me they couldn’t really figure it out. it took 2 nurses because one was in training. they went outside of the room and one came back and said “we are calling the doctor you are having this baby!” i looked at my mother in shock. i was 10cm when i went to the hospital 😂😳 no wonder i had the urge to poop lol
everyone was surprised on how well i was doing. and so was i lol i have such a low pain tolerance and i really handled everything super well. only yelled twice. I could have started pushing right away but a piece of my cervix was still blocking her head from coming out. so i labored for a few more hours. i didnt want to talk. i did want to open my eyes. it hurt too much. and i kept getting really hot. i tried tge yoga ball and i absolutely hated it lol as soon as i sat down. i also tried the peanut ball but i had no choice but to use that. eventually the ball wasn’t working and so they had me on my knees facing toward the wall.
it felt a little more comfortable but gravity took place and i had to push. everyone kept telling me not to but it was so hard not to bear down. it got to the point where i had to push. while in that position her head came out. they didnt realize until i said i can feel her. i said “her head is out its not going back in 😂” they layed me back on my back and wuickly got the doctor. well i guess tge doctor didnt get the memo that her head was out cause he got his gloves and put the gel on so he can check me,lifted up the cloth and said “oh! well i guess i don’t need these!” he quickly got his stuff on and just in time caught her
