I'm hoping for some advice because I'm completely confused.

I'm 26 years old and my husband and i have been trying for nearly 6 years. We've undergone 4 rounds of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> and have been unsuccessful. We made the decision to give it a break last april amd sought a second opinion in novemeber 2018 where we were told to move to DE (donor eggs) we can't afford that right now so we are again on a break for the foreseeable future. I'm also not on any birth control etc.

I roughly know i had my last period around the 16th-20th of January. I stupidly forgot to enter it into the app 😒

I'm somewhere between 6-10 days late. I've got extremely sore breats which isn't a normal pms for me and I've been cramping on and off but no bleeding.

On Wednesday i had a hpt done at the doctors to rule of that and confirm it was what i went in for, a uti, and as i suspected it showed negative.

It wasnt until yesterday when i went for a follow up scan,as i was in hospital a few months ago due to a rupturing cyst, that i started to suspect maybe something more was going on. The scan showed no cysts but it did show i had ovulated and that my lining was quite thick and my cervix was closed. The u/s tech wouldn't tell me much about what that could mean, just said i was at the end of my cycle. I had also mentioned to her i was late. If i def ovulated my period should be here yes? Or am i possibly pregnant? I'm so confused.
