So I take my combination BC religiously. May be 15 min late at the max. My boyfriend and I had sex Feb 4th and the week after I noticed spotting. Didn’t even last a day. And I just noticed it again yesterday. Again, only lasts a day. I’m also very stressed as he just left for the Air Force and I’ve been doing low carb diet for over a month. Just need some reassurance that I’m good and don’t need to worry! Thanks!
