Vitamins and breastfeeding?

Has anyone taken Nature’s Bounty hair skin and nails while breastfeeding? The pharmacist said it was safe to take but will it affect my supply at all?

All supplements “natural” or not are toxic and not quite effective. Be aware of this before investing too much. You would be far better off investing in high quality animal foods someplace local. The vitamins aren’t separated and dipped into kerosene this way- you get all the nutrition in the right proportions when you eat it as well. Just a suggestion....
