How did you flip baby??

Question

I’m only 32 weeks but this baby is not head down yet. I’m so nervous he won’t turn and I’ll have to have a c-section. This is my 3rd so I really don’t want one. 
I’m also nervous for an ECV. I watched some videos and it looks painful! All the pressure! Doc won’t do that till 37 weeks so I’ve got some time. 
What did you do to flip baby?

I wouldn’t stress it, you still have lots of time hun.

Chiropractor. Spinning babies. Don’t spend any time leaning back in a reclined position. Birth ball.

If it's not your fist baby it's normal for the baby to not go head down and engage until around 37wks. :)

I went to the chiropractor and my little man flipped, but he may of flipped back breeched the other night.

I’m 34 weeks and I’ve had a breech baby until 3/4 days ago and she turned herself. I didn’t think she would turn at all but she did. Don’t stress. They’ll go or they won’t.

Search “yoga positions to turn breech baby”.
If nothing else the yoga helps you relax and stretch sore joints/limbs.  These positions are my favorite for pregnancy anyways.  Try not to stress though you have a lot of time!

My baby was breech at 32 weeks. Went for my appointment yesterday at 33 weeks and he flipped. Just give it time. My doctor said not to worry until 35 weeks.

I’ll be 34 weeks on Tuesday & baby has been transverse for the longest time, I’ve had a complicated free pregnancy so I’m not too worried about her being in position yet. 
When my mom was pregnant with me she was 2 weeks overdue & at the last minute I flipped breech, had my cord around my neck & she had to have an emergency c section...so I’m not too concerned about baby flipping, realistically anything can happen

Baby has plenty of time. Not until you are 36 wks do they typically get concerned about position.
