It's working
The fertility specialist I'm seeing is helping. For the first time in 7 months I started my period. I have to go have an OAR/Ultrasound on Monday and that's when my husband will have his semen analysis done as well.
I'm listening to and doing whatever my Dr tells me. He told me a specific diet to eat due to my PCOS with insulin resistance diagnosis so that I can lose weight. And so far Ive lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. Which may seem excessive BUT I'm a very heavy set woman. I had already been trying to lose weight and exercise since the beginning of the year. So far this year I've lost 16lbs. My swelling in my feet is gone completely. My face has slimmed down a bit and my pants are fitting looser.
I'm feeling great about life. I truly believe this will be my year to finally conceive!!
