What did you do that helped you get pregnant?

Looking for suggestions that helped you get pregnant. It seems I’ve tried everything and nothing is working. My dr said I’m just having bad luck 🤷🏻‍♀️😞

When i was trying to get pregnant with my son. I wasnt having any luck. I took my 3 months to get pregnant. (I know it isnt that long but for my first kid it felt like it took forever.) So i looked up stuff and came across after sex laying with your legs up in the air and hips up as well for 30 mins. I know they say that its just a myth but on the 3rd month of trying i tried this and long behold I became pregnant. So I am a believer. Also think about if your getting  Artificially inseminated they lay you back and tilt your hips up in the air. Idk it worked for me. Leaat you can do is give it a try. Good luck and baby dust.
