Late BFP, anyone??

Anyone get a very late BFP?? AF is currently 4 days late and I’ve never been late in my life. However, BFN this morning. Just wondering if there is still hope??

You could have ovulated later than you thought, and depending on when implantation would have happened, it could still be a few days before hcg is high enough to register :)

I’ve heard stories from ladies on here who didn’t get a positive for a week or two after AF, but keep in mind that being worried/stressed can make your period late. So we psych ourselves out sometimes by hoping AF doesn’t show that we end up making out period late :/ but you also could’ve O’d later than expected and still have a chance! Are you temping? That would be helpful in this situation :) baby dust!

The most common reason for delayed period is a delayed ovulation. Are you sure of when you ovulated (confirmed via temp, bloodwork or ultrasound)?
