Hot flashes anyone?

I just got a 5 minute long hot flash and I literally broke out in a very heavy sweat! Normal????

Yes lol I get them at work.  Usually 2-3 times a day.

I get like that a few times a day but it’s mostly if I have a BH. I asked my midwife about it and she said it happens. No reason why lol. It’s just uncomfortable
