It’s happened to me before, but it doesn’t happen every month 🤷🏼‍♀️

I get it about once a year, no pattern to what cycle it happens during though.

I’ve learned that the difference between that and something like implementation bleeding is that implementation bleeding usually occurs a while after ovulation (~10 days) 
I know some women freak out and don’t know which one is could be 😅
