If it was sitting for 30 minutes. Could be a evap line. Tests should be read within the first 5 minutes. But could be a vvfl. I would test again.

7dpo is really really early to be testing. Also, most tests say that after 10 minutes you should not read any changes that occur because of evaporation lines that form on the tests.
