8 DPO and intense cramps

I am having the absolute worst cramps. They are so bad it’s making me nauseous. Feels like AF but I never get them this early. Has this happened to anyone? Did AF come early? Did it result in a BFP? I’m miserable, and so worried this means I’m not pregnant :( Share any experiences please!
