Cups. Because it’s cheap, zero waste, lowers your chance of toxic shock syndrome (which occur using tampons) and leakproof (once you master it).

Cotton pads. Tampons just aren’t comfortable and gross me out. I use cotton pads because main stream products are filled with terrible chemicals.

Recently switched to Softcups which are disposable cups. Easy to put in because I was on the Nuvaring for years and it’s the same concept. I find it lessens cramping and leakage way more comfortable! And about the same price maybe a bit more to buy them instead of tampons

I wear pads.  If you change them regularly and keep a small packet of sanitary wipes in your bag they really arent gross .. personally I've never found tampons comfortable and I am not to keen on putting something inside me for a week.. idk.  My friends all love tampons so maybe I'm the oddball !
