PCOS and Infertility and high AMH. I’m asking for my best friend! What doctor do you see?

My best friend has a healthy almost 5 yo. She has been trying for baby #2 since August 2017. In that time she had two miscarriages: one at 6 weeks and one at 10 weeks. She is 34.

This month she has been undergoing work up for infertility... her AMH came back at 19.

She is waiting ultrasound and husbands sperm results.

She doesn’t have strong symptoms of PCOS but a few irregular periods (she is <115lbs with normal 30’s acne, no facial hair) but I read about high AMH and it seems like it is very likely she has PCOS.

If she does, who helps her get pregnant.... regular OB or should she find a reproductive specialist? She won’t pursue IVF but would like to try metformin/letrozole/clomid.

Thank you all for any advice!! I just got pregnant and need to help her any way I can.
