I had unprotected sex on Tuesday and today I thought my period started - I had cramps and light red blood that lasted two hours then stopped and now no cramps and no bleeding. Also my period is late 😩 what is going on??

How late are you? If your period is already late, then this wouldn’t be a result of implantation. Implantation takes place a few days prior to your next expected period, and is what causes a missed period as well as the ones that follow since your periods stop all together during pregnancy. You can take a test to ease your mind, but sounds like maybe your period is trying to start.
