Have any of you conceived your first time TTC?

With my first child, he was unplanned and we weren’t trying or tracking.

I’ve been tracking my periods here for a year now and my ovulation date is usually pretty dead on. My SO and I are wanting to start TTC. My second child, his first. Is it uncommon to get pregnant your first try? The more stories I read on here it seems like so many people have been TTC for months or even years and it has me kind of nervous :(

Also, is PreSeed worth it?
