Anyone elso on lovenox?

Anyone else on lovenox? Im so tired of it, and have to take it till birth. If anyone else is on it are yall super bruised as well?

Yep, I’m on it too... I had to be on it last time too. Plus- you have to take it for like at least 6 weeks (maybe longer, I can’t remember) after! It sucks. As soon as I made my first appt on the phone for being pregnant my doctor sent in a script. Do you ice it? I ice it for like 2 minutes first, then do it, then ice it. I wasn’t getting a ton of bruises at first but now I’m starting to. Sorry girl- I feel your pain.

I was on lovenox from 13 weeks to 37 weeks during my first pregnancy and the bruising was definitely worse at the beginning. I feel like once I got used to it and my body did, it got easier with less bruising. One thing I definitely did was switch sides and try to avoid the area where the bruise was. I know that can be hard when you have a ton! I go to MFM tomorrow and will be told again that I need to be on lovenox so I’m preparing myself now. 😆 Good luck! I hope the bruising subsides a bit for you!
