I found out I’m pregnant again after a D&E 4 weeks ago on 1/24. It’s extremely soon & the one time we didn’t use protection bam it happens 1/10. I know it’s a new pregnancy as my levels were zero confirmed by beta and I had negative tests just days ago. I’ve had nausea/ night sweats and sore boobs already.. that’s why I started tested.. I knew something was off. I was advised to wait 2 cycles which I was planning to do to allow healthy tissue in my uterus. I know my doctors going to be kinda “mad” at me, we have had the “talk” and he’s always telling me to make sure I’m using condoms etc because he doesn’t want me to get pregnant until 2 cycles have passed. With it being so early, when would you call the doctor? It’s to early for a ultrasound.. they could do some betas but I’m really not considered about having that just yet. I’ve never needed progesterone or anything like that in fact the office I go to never tests for it anyway. & I’ve had two doctors tell me I’m still not high risk. Do you think I need to call right away? Or can I wait a few weeks as it’s still so early? (They usually don’t do ultrasound until 8-10w, May do one a little earlier with me but deff not 4 weeks)

I will add I had a chemical before in july & this last pregnancy was a mmc 15 1/2 week baby only grew until around 12-13 weeks and the baby passed from a rare chromosome issue not because my body couldn’t carry.
