Almond milk to 1 year old
My LO has lactose intolerance. Till now she is taking non lactose milk. Now she is one year old so I’m thinking to give her almond milk. Is any mom there hv already given almond milk to their LO if yes then which one ( any specific beand ) ??? Or anyone hv tried whole milk to their LO having lactose intolerance . Please suggest. TIA
