I’ve just has a really strong contraction last 3:07 but nothing since?

Definitely Braxton Hicks. Just had a non-stress test earlier this week with a really long contraction and that’s what they said.

i’m 38 weeks tomorrow and i had my first real actual contraction (that i noticed) earlier today. like it was definitely noticeable since i’m a ftm, i don’t know what they’re supposed to “feel like”

I had that last night too!! We were sitting eating supper and I had 3 super strong ones back to back a few mins apart and was suuure it was the real thing.  But nope, disappeared and didn’t come back after that.
