Double stroller? My toddler will be 26 months old when #2 is born. We barely use a stroller anymore because he loves to walk. Did you find a double stroller necessary with two around this age gap?

We got by without one but I always regretted not getting one. We got a sit n stand stroller recently and it’s been awesome. My daughter is 29 months and loves sitting on the bench part. I feel like if your toddler is at all strong willed it’s better to have a way to contain them. My daughter loves to walk but rips her hand out of my grasp constantly.

I'd go for a sit and stand. My kids have a big age gap so I just have one little one but it's great that he has the option and even if your older kid doesnt want to ride in it you can use it to carry things. We just got back from a week of amusement parks and brought it with us. It carried everything and made life way easier. I know you're asking because you have two little ones but having the double will give him the option but give you some assistance with carrying everything

I always use a double stroller. My 5 year old really doesn’t like going in it anymore but It still comes in handy for my 3 year old and 3 month old now.

I'm getting this for my kids. My oldest is 3.5 and my youngest is almost 8 months. It's obviously not suitable for a newborn but once baby sits unassisted it's ok because there are two harnesses. We're not having more kids and this will take us well into the school years. 
If you plan on having more kids you may want to consider a regular double stroller that can accommodate a rider board.

I like having a place for my toddler to go when he gets tired of walking. He may not always be in the double stroller, but it’s great back up so that I do not have to carry him everywhere.
