Period help

Is it normal to have an occasional sharp shooting pain up your vagina while on your period? I’m on the depo so this has been my 3rd week bleeding I bleed for two then had a week break and now I’m back on I’ve been on the depo for 2 years and this has only been happening recently. I have no stds or UTIs so I’m super confused
