They recommend you get your meats fully cooked during pregnancy. I always get mine well done when I’m pregnant but normally I like it medium well.

From a reputable restaurant, yes! The concern is food poisoning. Make sure they store and prepare food properly and you’re fine. My doc is okay with me having salmon sushi occasionally too.
