2.5 month old sleep help!
I have a two and a half month old during the day for tummy time she just started to roll over and then from her back to her side. and every night around 10:30-11 pm shell wake outta a dead sleep even if she just had a bottle and diaper change not even 30 mins prior. Shes not hung I try a bottle, not wet. Shell just cry and cry. She sleeps in a rock n play next to my bed and I noticed shes turning her head and trying to turn her body. I think shes trying to sleep on her side. She loves being held belly to your belly and loves cat napping on her side during the day when im right there. What can I do for her I know shes too young to sleep belly down. But she is not like this all day only crys a little when wet or hungry. But every night its the same time and same thing happens. Its not gas either. I have a two year old and it wakes her back up sometimes and then its so hard to get both back to bed. 😭 what can I do to help this little one be comfy and not scream to turn on her side???? TIA!!!
