Confused on labor vs false labor
So for about 3 hours now, I’ve been having contractions about every 9-12 min apart. Some are painful and some are tolerable. The painful ones are the ones I feel in my back....but not all of them are felt in my back....I’m 36 weeks and 5 days....anyone out there have thoughts on this being real labor or false labor?
