Ovarian cyst while pregnant
I had a small ovarian cyst that was discovered while I was pregnant. It grew during the pregnancy and it was 12cm. I had my baby and it still present after giving birth. My doctor wants me to remove it with laparoscopic surgery. This would be my first surgery ever and she scared me when she said I could lose the ovary. She said the chance was small but I’m still terrified. Has anyone had this done? What’s your experience been? I’m so scared.
