Who suffers from pregnancy rhinitis (stuffy nose)

If you do suffer from pregnancy rhinitis, what did you do to manage it?

The sneezing is the worst part in my opinion lol everytime i sneeze i freaking pee 😂

Yes! That and my nose is constantly bloody as well. I think a humidifier will help but I’ve given up on trying to fix it. It goes away after baby is here.

Blowing my nose continuously this entire pregnancy. Not taking any meds. I drink hot tea with honey as needed and decaf. It’s miserable. Can’t wait til May!!!

My regiman is this
Mid day claritin
Evening benadryl
Bedtime sudafed
Bedtime unisom 
Neil med sinus rinse OFTEN
And nose strips all day err day
I had a humidier but it made my room so warm and humid i couldn't do it anymore

Neti pot with bottled water and Neil Med sinus rinse packets. Such a weird but really effective remedy.

Me! Ive also been sick 80% of this pregnancy. I had a sinus infection my first trimester, a horrible chest cold my second and now bronchitis in my third trimester. I'm 28 weeks and miserable 😭 I have forgotten what its like to not be sick. I love being pregnant but hate being pregnant during the winter! I was never sick with my first son, I was pregnant with him spring-summer.
