Super late... but bfn.

I am literally nevvvvverr late. This is the first time probably in 10 years I have been late but not just like a couple days ...like almost 14 days now. I had cramps the week before I was suppose to get my period as normal and thought I’m either going to start or pregnant. Well I have been taking tests almost consistently and bfns and even had a blood test when I was about 5 days late which was also negative ... so now I’m really confused. I went to the acupuncturist who said I had a very slippery pulse indicating pregnancy and wouldn’t put some of the needles in places assuming I’m pregnant. Even though I told him I got negative tests...So what gives !! Has anyone ever got a bfp super late? Or not gotten a bfp at all even through blood work to find out you were pregnant? ** also as a side note I have a ton of symptoms as well ... low back pain... super tired... very emotional.
