What could this be??

I ovulated 6 days ago and today I have this sharp pinching pain in my left ovary/uterus area and my lower back.. I still have 9 or 10 days until my period, but does anyone know what this could be? I know for sure I’m 6dpo so it’s definitely not ovulation. Any advice and stories welcome!!

I felt this same pain during ovulation back when I got pregnant in November. When i looked it up I found out that it was possibly something called Mittelschmerz.

I had this same pain but was on my right for 2 days thought I was going mad coz after having 4 children already an been 37 I never ever had this pain an 3 days later I got a positive on a test that’s my story good luck an baby dust to you x
