Almost 34 weeks and I’m literally throwing up every morning like even worse than my first trimester 😢😢 I can’t escape it as I wake up it’s there ready to come out

I had no sickness my entire pregnancy but last night I had the worst heartburn that I had to sleep on my back propped up on pillows. If I rolled to either side the heartburn returned and it was awful. One time it was so bad I had to go throw up. Scared the shit out of me. Feeling better today and go to my midwife on Wednesday. If I feel any worse before that I will call.  Trying not to overthink it.
