Planning to TTC in a year
My husband and I have a seven year old and are starting to talk about having a second child. Timing isn't great right now, so we're thinking about trying in about a year. I lost 25 lbs in 2018, and still have about 40 more to lose to get to a "healthy" BMI. I'm 5 lbs away from the weight I was at when I got pregnant with my first, but I didn't treat my body great before/during that pregnancy, and want to do things RIGHT this time.
When I do the following, I lose about 1 lb a week:
- Eat a whole foods plant based diet 🥦🥑🍎
- Exercise about 3x a week, I love Fitness Blender 💪
