Pregnant pet owner

Did your dog start acting different around you when you found out you're pregnant? If so how early did their behavior change?

I know the internet has said dogs can tell things but I'm not sick so I dont know what else it could be.

I've been ttc for over a year with no luck I just started using preseed and am now in my tww but my dogs behavior has changed. He licks my feet alot lately he been super attracted to my pants. This morning I was putting some on and he took them right out of my hands. I dont get it. Hes been licking the couch where I sit. He nuzzles into pants I taken off and put in the laundry. I shower regularly I'd imagine I've washed whatever it was off if I've picked up a new smell but hes been this way for a few days.
