Implantation questions
Is there even such a thing as "implantation cramps"?
Sometimes (a lot of times) AF is 2 days or so early, and according to the app im due to ovulate in 2 days, which if im early again this month would put ovulation today... I don't do opks or anything... But im having really strange cramps, like, not the usual?
Juat wanna know if its a thing...
Also is there always spotting or only sometimes?
