I change before I feed. It’s just a good reminder and usually spaces itself every 2-3 hours.

Every 2hours during the day and when he wakes up during the night. Poop is a automatic change. I cloth so I can’t judge based on how squishy the diaper is

Well waiting gave my LO diaper rash SO now we're changing ASAP and doing some no diaper time trying to get it to help.

I change his diaper before I feed him, I never wake him up just to change his bum. I do use a small amount of a thick barrier cream to make sure he doesn't get a rash.
