Do you experience cramps days before your period?

Just the past couple times I've experienced more cramping days before my actual period date. First time I got them, I thought it was a pregnancy scare but I found out for some women that is normal. What about you guys?

Yup, cramping is a pms symptom. You should track whenever you experience these cramps in the eve log, it’ll show you the pattern and frequency. I noticed that I usually get those cramps up to 4-5 days before my period.

I have a weird hormonal imbalance but before I did I used to get cramps a few days before. Now because of the hormonal balance and birth control I get weird symptoms every month and no cramps until the moment I start bleeding.
