Late period the month before BFP?

I just found out I’m pregnant Feb 17th. Last month my period was 10 days late. My sister and I were talking and she said her period was like 7 days late the month before she got pregnant with my nephew (her first pregnancy too). I thought that was strange. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if it means anything or is it a coincidence? I’m just curious ☺️

Yes. My mother always told me that many years ago that was how the women would know they were going to be pregnant the month after. 
She said that the reason why women are late the first month is because the fertilised egg was trying to latch (implantation) but it didn’t happen and the month after your body knows what the egg is trying to do so it happens and results in a bfp 😊

I had the opposite. I had a really bizarre cycle that was only 15 days long, so I ended up having 2 periods in December. One on the 16th and one on the 31st.
