I want to go full Ketogenic strict but I don’t know what things to eat & if I can repeat recipes for weeks because I’m on a budget. Please someone help me who has done Keto I need it! I downloaded life sum but it didn’t have many recipes 😤. Keto seems very complicated & I really want to do it! Please help a girl out & thank you!
